A collaboration piece. Limited production.
This key fob is built from full vegetable-tanned calf skin, finished as a true latigo through a double-tanning process and hand-applied aniline dye. The result is a leather that starts alive and only gets better: dense, self-healing, developing a deep mirror patina with carry.
The jeweled cluster is not decorative hardware. The stones are original 1940s American old stock, sourced from a novelty belt manufacturer -- the same jeweled hardware tradition that once adorned western and workwear belts made for the American market. Each piece carries genuine age and provenance that cannot be reproduced.
The trigger snap is hand cast in Britain -- solid brass, substantial weight, the kind of hardware that functions as jewellery in its own right.
This fob is part of the Himel Brothers x Codina Leather collaboration, and pairs directly with our latigo collaboration belts and the current very limited run of latigo wallets. The leathers are drawn from the same source and finished in the same hand. Worn together, they read as a set.
