The Bespoke Consulting Service is US$2,500.
After the consulting service fee, customers typically spend US$1,000–$2,500 on the finished jacket, depending on the model, leather, sizing and options selected.
Oversized sizing, pattern modifications, specialized components or other non-standard requests will affect the final jacket price.

After booking, Himel Bros. will contact you within 1–3 business days with onboarding information. Please do not submit measurements or specifications when booking your consultation. We’ll guide you through the decisions below.
Think about your fashion style. If you ask your friends, they’ll probably be aware of your look and style. Are you classic, a sportsperson, a rockstar, a motorcyclist or maybe a hero? Each Himel Bros. jacket has an iconic look ranging from staid to outrageous.
When selecting a jacket it’s important to take careful consideration of what works best with your body type and personal style. The Heron, for example, has a looser fit and suits the widest range of body types, whereas the motorcycle styles are slimmer and best suited to an athletic body type.
Typically, most people can be grouped into three main body types: the average build, the muscular build and the husky build. Our jackets are built for an average build, so it is important that if you are muscular or husky, you let us know. We also ask for photographs in a tight-fitting T-shirt to assess your posture and build.
Explore our bespoke jacket and coat styles to find a starting point for your consultation.
There are two important factors to consider when selecting a size: your body measurements and the measurements of the jacket itself.
Your chest measurement is generally a starting point for determining your jacket size, but arm length, waist, shoulders, posture and other proportions are important too.
During the consultation we’ll review your measurements, photographs and fit preferences. We may also ask you to measure a jacket you already own that fits you well. An existing jacket can be a useful reference for determining the proportions you prefer.
It’s important to let us know what you intend to wear underneath your jacket. A jacket designed to be worn over a T-shirt will fit differently from one intended to accommodate a heavier sweater.
For certain jacket styles, body proportions or fitting requirements, a canvas fit jacket may be necessary to assess the fit before cutting the final jacket in leather. Otherwise, canvas fit jackets are optional, although we recommend them for customers with highly specific fitting requests.
Detailed instructions are available on our Bespoke Measurements & Fit page.
We offer a selection of leathers with different finishes, weights and characteristics. The type of leather you choose will influence how your jacket looks, feels and develops character with wear.
Our Instagram feed has lots of examples of custom jacket orders and how different leathers look in finished jackets.
Available leather options will be reviewed during the consultation. If you have something specific in mind, let us know so we can determine whether it is available and appropriate for the jacket you’ve selected.
Please understand that we cannot provide photographs of the specific hides that will be used to make your jacket. Leather is a natural material, and every shipment varies in colour, grain and character. Selecting and matching individual hides is a highly specialized part of our work, carried out by our seamstress to achieve the best possible result across the finished garment. This is one part of the process where we ask you to trust our experience.

We offer different liners, threads, buttons and zippers. Generally, each jacket style comes with its standard options for buttons and zips, but there is room for customization.
Lining choices can change the character of a jacket, and hardware options may include different finishes depending on the model.
Extra internal pockets, pocket placement, hardware changes and other special features may be possible. Some requests require additional pattern work or modifications to the original design.
All non-standard options are subject to approval by our team and will involve additional costs. Please note that non-standard features and pattern modifications may also extend the usual production window.
Your final specifications and jacket price will be confirmed before production begins.
