At Himel Bros, we strive to provide excellent products and services to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Premade Items (Apparel & Accessories):
Premade items include cloth shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. Ready-to-wear jackets have a separate policy (see section 5 below).
- Premade items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned premade items.
- Buyers must contact us before returning their item.
- Items must be unworn and in new condition.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping and handling fees. Any brokerage/customs charges or other fees will be deducted from the refund price.
2. Bespoke and Custom Garments:
- Bespoke and custom garments cannot be returned.
- Customers have 48 hours from the time of placing their order to request a refund.
- Due to the personalized nature of these items, refunds are not available on completed jackets.
- Customers have 3 months from the date of ordering to provide all relevant details (measurements, specifications, etc.) for the construction of their bespoke garment.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements and information within this timeframe.
- In the event of a mistake or sizing error made by Himel Bros, the item will be replaced with the correct bespoke item.
3. Pre-Order or Advance-Order Items:
- Customers have 48 hours from the time of placing their order to cancel in writing.
- After the 48-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Customs and Duties:
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order.
5. Ready To Wear:
- Ready To Wear jackets are final sale. In the event that it does not fit to your liking, you can trade in your Ready To Wear jacket for a store credit toward a custom bespoke jacket. Buyers must contact us for a Return Shipment Number (RSN) within 7 days of receiving the jacket. Items must be unworn and in no differing condition from its receipt. Return instructions will be provided with the RSN. A 10% restocking fee applies to all Ready To Wear jacket returns. Buyers are responsible for shipping and handling fees. Any brokerage/customs charges or other fees will be deducted from the refund price.
