The Himel Bros. design process celebrates the golden age of American sportswear. Our Stadium Club jacket features hand-chain-stitched patches made the traditional way - upside down and backwards - creating unique multicolored embroidery with leather and felt backing. Each jacket in this series (1-11) is signed by David and features authentic 1930s buttons from our private collection.

The body combines heritage Harris Tweed or Pendleton wool, while the knits come from one of America's oldest mills in Washington state - the same facility that supplied the US Army Air Force in WWII. These double-weave military spec knits pair with carefully selected heritage liners to create a jacket that captures the authentic loose fit of 1930s athletic wear.

Stadium Jacket #9 Details:

Jacket #9 of 11 is a size 38 crafted in hand-loomed Harris Tweed, one of Scotland's oldest tweed makers with royal ascent. The jacket features traditional Black Watch tartan Harris Tweed, paired with navy blue cuffs in American World War II double weave, produced by an original Washington State knit factory that's been operating for 80 years. A heavyweight Brisbane Moss moleskin flannel in black serves as the liner. The jacket is adorned with old stock melamine black two-hole buttons. Each patch is handmade on a traditional hand-operated chain stitch machine, featuring a golden HPL on blue felt, while the back showcases our Himel Bros mascot designed by famed LA artist @cabreezy.
