The Dark Brown Oil Tanned Wax Finish looks beautiful right out the box and smells like a dream. My initial thought was how shiny it looked (and that was the most complimented feature of the jacket).
The jacket is heavy like I'm wearing body armour. Not a pleasant jacket for the car, but a welcomed jacket for treks and hikes.
After 200 wears, the shine keeps in less friction-bound areas of the jacket, which makes for a beautiful contrast.
